1. Pick up fees:
We are located in Milford CT, we are partnering with a few Auction Houses and Fine Art Auctioneers. When we pick up items within 15mins 1 way google driving distance, we charge $15/Roundtrip(No matter how many items you purchased or how much the item spent as long as within the size 20"x20"x20", one Flat Fee), between 15-30mins driving range we charge $25/Roundtrip if we also go there pick up for other customers at the same time.
*Each Pickup/Trip is for the same location, if more pickups are in the same town/city but with different addresses, we would consider them as different trips.*Pease note: We don't pickup/ship

The Payment Link will confirm with you your Shipping Address where you wish us to ship the items to, it may not be your billing address or the address on your purchase receipt;
We will only honor the address you entered on Payment Link, not on the purchase receipt nor in email.
Pickup fees not paid before the date of Pickup will not be picked-up.
After we pick up and finish packing, we will send you the invoice so you can pay for the packaging and shipping cost. *Paying with a credit/debit card will have a customer assistance fee of 3.7%, to avoid it we can use Zelle. *
2. Commercial Invoice/Purchase Receipt: Please send us a copy of the Commercial Invoice(Purchase Receipt, NO SCREENSHOT), or please forward the Purchase Receipt "AuctionNinja: Your Auction Invoice & Pick Up Instructions from Clearing House Estate Sales" after you won. We are using it to do the pickup on your behalf.
3. Boxing Materials and Wrapping Labor: these depending on the actual items, varies from item to item; for simple items do not require wrapping we charge $2 handling fee(including box); We only charge labor fees if they are odd size(irregular shapes, long, heavy) we need to customize the box or glasswares, pictures, frames and anything else that are fragile and needs bubblewraps.
Anything with glasses or electronics, semi-fragile or fragile, we will pack will bubble wraps. If there's already a box, we will reinforce it for shipment transit.
4. Shipping Cost/Postage: Unless you specify which carrier/service you prefer us to ship with, we will choose the cost-effective shipping method depending on the weight and size of the package. cost-effective means least expensive(sometimes may not be the cheapest) cost with better service, we most likely will use USPS Priority Mail/Fedex Ground/UPS Ground, we are one store for all carriers. Actual postage depending on weight, size and ship to locations, also varies from different carriers and services.
We are unable to estimate the postage until packed and weighted.
If the value of the items are over $100, we will add the insurance to the shipment for whatever it costs as well unless you request us not to.
